Cloud Computing Law : Law Enforcement, Competition, & Tax
Queen Mary University of London

Often, law enforcement authorities need to access data in the cloud, which is an interesting perspective of cloud computing that users might never but should think about. Yep, big brother is watching you. The situation becomes a little bit complicated if the data they are seeking is controlled by a cloud service provider outside of the territory of the law enforcement authority. No worry there are cooperative mechanisms to get cross-border data. Yep, now big brothers are watching you. Big brothers not only need your data, but also need a good competition environment and make everyone pay taxes.

If you are interested in how it happens, Voila, this course is perfect for you.
