Certificate Building a Data Science Team

My #66 course certificate from Coursera

Posted on September 6, 2021November 22, 2022 by keslerzhu

Building a Data Science Team
Johns Hopkins University

This is a short but instructive course about how a data science team plays as a whole. A data science team appears similar to other kinds of research or development teams, after completing this course you definitely will notice it has its own peculiar characteristics.

You probably will be surprised that how important the communication and collaboration skills are, when working in a data science team. You may also be surprised that they are not almighty and can not guarantee that they could find the wanted answer from a set of data. It seems they are always exploring and experimenting, they need a new way to define individual and group success, they are self-driven but still need more motivation and empowerment.

This is a great course for those who are going to join or run a data science team. I suspect this course will change your current stereotype of data science team, with some truth you might have never expected.
