You, as an end user of various cloud services, may find that it is quite easy to get want you want and finish your tasks on cloud services. However doing business in cloud is never easy – when you, as either providers or customers of cloud services, are going to accept a cloud contract, it is critical to understand what is in the small print of the contract, i.e. there are key legal and obligation issues, and you have your legal right and obligations. This specialization covers quite a lot valuable topics: protection personal data, cybersecurity of critical infrastructure, law enforcement access, protection of competition and much more. I’m quite interested in the way how cloud services are taxed.
